Rebuild Procedure

On arrival at our plant, all units are subjected to our standard flow-line operation this system comprises complete stripping, cleaning and inspection, and the rejection by our quality control department of any worn parts not up to original manufacturer's specification. Our standard procedure is to replace all bearings, bushes, 'o' rings, clutch plates, brake bands, piston seals and oil seals. All components not to original manufacturer's tolerances and standards are replaced with units, which have been overhauled in our reconditioning shop.

Once assembled, units are subjected to rigouress testing on our automated dynamic testing facility to ensure all engineering performance standards have been met.
